Southeast San Diego is a place of dazzling diversity and a rich tapestry of experiences. The area serves as home to numerous multicultural communities and vibrant neighborhoods. From numerous cafes and restaurants serving international specialties to such key cultural sites as the San Diego Black Arts and Culture District in Encanto, the southeastern section of the city brims with things to see and do.
