Outlook Forum Frequently Asked Questions
The main gateway for travelers coming to San Diego, the airport is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown and a short ride to the Outlook Forum in Chula Vista.
By Car
Whether you are renting a car or taking a ride share, the drive from San Diego International Airport to Outlook Forum is about 20-25 minutes along the South Bound Interstate 5.
By Public Transportation
Leave the driving to someone else and go green to Outlook Forum by taking San Diego’s convenient public transportation. From the airport:
- take the San Diego Flyer Shuttle to the Old Town Transit Center
- hop on the UC San Diego Blue Line Trolley south toward San Ysidro
- get off at the H Street station
- head west on H Street and it’s a short walk to the hotel
Downtown San Diego is the gateway to all the San Diego has to offer and is a must for any offsite dinners or excursions during Outlook Forum.
By Car
The drive from Outlook Forum to Downtown San Diego is about 10-15 minutes along the North Bound Interstate 5.
By Public Transportation
Leave the driving to someone else and go green to Downtown by taking San Diego’s convenient public transportation. From the airport:
- head east on H Street and it’s a short walk to the H Street Station
- hop on the UC San Diego Blue Line Trolley to UCSD
- there are multiple stops along the blue line including Little Italy, Old Town San Diego
- if you’re headed to the Gaslamp Quarter, you can get off 12th & Imperial Station and either walk toward Petco Park or hop on the Green Line Trolley to the Gaslamp Quarter transit station
The weather is mild in March. You should expect warm days and cool nights, especially closer to the waterfront.
