Fright for Future transforms real-world concerns about climate, animal welfare, and social issues into a free haunted maze experience that's been ranked San Diego's scariest attraction. Running over two weekends in October, the walk-through brings awareness to pressing global challenges through immersive scares rather than typical horror tropes. Recommended for ages 10 and up, it's run entirely by volunteers and sponsored by climate advocacy nonprofit SanDiego350.
