Kiwanis Ocean Beach Kite Festival

At the Annual OB Kite Festival, attendees can look forward to making and decorating their own kites, with free materials and instructions provided, and even stand a chance to win prizes for the best-decorated kites. In addition to the kite activities, there's also a carnival and an Off Street Fair featuring artisans, community booths, and a variety of food trucks.
