Oceanside's autumn celebration returns with an afternoon of local vendors, crafts, pumpkin decorating, and trick-or-treating along North Coast Highway. Kids and pets alike can show off their costumes in contests, while you browse clothing vendors, grab a bite, and maybe even meet an adoptable furry friend. Costumes are encouraged, but showing up ready for some cozy fall fun is all that's required.
