Restitched

Restitched is an exhibition opening in fall 2025 that features colorful quilts made from stitched feed sacks. These quilts highlight the resourcefulness of early mid-twentieth century makers who repurposed feed sacks during the Great Depression to create domestic items. The collection celebrates the ingenuity and creativity of feed sack quilters from the 1930s and 1940s.
