Bistro 39 serves breakfast and dinner, along with a Daily Happy Hour from 3pm-6pm.
History
Bistro 39 Restaurant and Bar opened its doors to the public in April 2009 in the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn San Diego / Del Mar. With the collaboration of top level service and deliciously palate pleasing options, Bistro 39 is the perfect local spot.
Besides creating unique flavors, at Bistro 39 we pride ourselves on serving the freshest, high quality food by using only local companies from California farms that deliver to us every morning - and you can truly taste the difference.
In 2018, we decided to spice things up a notch. We vamped up our menu with new, original dishes crafted by our head chef, Jose Fraire, influenced from Southern California's rich culture and cuisine. We created a new Happy Hour special every day (half off wine bottles, anyone?), added plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options, and introduced many more new creations to our diverse menu.
