Our Story
Bunz is the brainchild of Chef and Restaurateur Jeff Rossman of Terra American Bistro. The family restaurant, Pam Pam (started by Mike Rossman), occupied the Hotel Circle space for over 30 years and it was time for a change. Chef Rossman's approach to food encompasses local, farm fresh food keeping it simple and just plain tasty. We pride ourselves in sourcing and incorporating the finest ingredients possible. Our Burgers and Hot Dogs are made with hormone and antibiotic free 100% premium Meyer Angus beef.
