Our story is as deep as our roots; as the site of the first vineyards planted in California in 1769, San Diego is the true birthplace of the state’s wine heritage.
Today, we carry that legacy forward by supporting local wineries and vineyard owners as well as wine enthusiasts. From providing industry resources to educating the public and embracing sustainable agricultural practices, we are on a mission to elevate San Diego as a premier, award-winning California wine destination.
