The 19th century, 100-foot-long William D. Evans was launched in 1986 as a loving tribute to that era's most elegant mode of transportation. Skimming the blue-green waters of Mission Bay, the William D. Evans presents a magical setting in which to stage a truly memorable event. Equipped to handle 600 guests, she provides all the modern amenities while still maintaining an air of 19th century elegance.
On the first level, the "Boiler Room Bar" is twenty feet of copper and brass resembling massive antique boilers. Seating up to 160 diners on each interior deck, the William D. Evans sets an elegant table with fine linens, crystal stemware, china settings and silver flatware to impress any gathering. The Bahia Belle
The Bahia Belle offers two levels of unique San Diego meeting space. The first level and second levels combine for 1844 square feet & can hold 175 people for a reception and/or banquet. Along with a unique meeting space, the Bahia Belle primarily offers boat cruises on the waters of Mission Bay from its sister property, The Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa. The Bahia Belle features live music including swingin' blues and DJ's spinning great dance music for everyone to enjoy, with stops at both the Bahia and the Catamaran. Enjoy the perfect cocktail and dance the night away as you cruise Mission Bay aboard one of San Diego's most treasured landmarks. Passengers can enjoy the Tangier Bar's locally famous Bahia Mojito before boarding the Belle and can disembark at the Catamaran to enjoy entertainment at Moray's Lounge and then re-board for more fun on the bay.
