National Comedy Theatre provides interactive improv-based team building and professional comedy entertainment for corporate meetings, conferences, retreats and special events. With more than 25 years of experience, our professional improvisers have worked with hundreds of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits.
TEAM BUILDING
Our WITS Team Building program uses professionally led improv exercises to help groups practice communication, collaboration, adaptability, active listening and creative problem solving in a fun, highly interactive environment.
Participants don't need acting or improv experience, and nobody is put on the spot to perform. The activities are easy to learn, low-pressure and designed to get everyone participating together.
Workshops can be customized for your group's size, objectives and schedule, whether you're planning a company retreat, conference breakout, leadership program or team event. Programs are available in San Diego and throughout Southern California, with travel available for events nationwide.
CORPORATE COMEDY ENTERTAINMENT
National Comedy Theatre also presents professional, interactive improv comedy for corporate events, conferences, private parties and special occasions. Every performance is created live using audience suggestions, so the show is customized by the people in the room and unique to each event.
NCT has performed more than 7,000 shows since 1999 and has entertained hundreds of organizations, including major national companies. Corporate performances can be customized for your group and are available in 30-, 60- and 90-minute formats.
Whether you're looking for an interactive team-building workshop, live corporate entertainment or both, NCT can create a program specifically for your event.
