Nestled between the rolling hills of San Marcos and located on 20 acres of ancient oaks and pristine farmland lies the TERI Campus of Life, a unique location for your next event. While the campus is designed to provide opportunities for our neurodivergent community of clients, it also offers up to eight private event venues for your corporate meeting, panel discussion, company retreat, service day, social celebration or wedding. Our Performing Arts threatre, concessions patios and additional 200 solar covered parking spaces area great space to host performances, mini conferences, end of year holiday celebrations and more.
Event venues include guest tables, chairs, cocktail tables, bar, heaters, popups and TV's. TERI Internal catering available, though we also welcome outside licensed caterers. Wedding packages available.

Barn & Brickyard Terrace
Our equestrian barn and terrace, surrounded by rolling hillsides and winding paths create a picturesque sunlit setting for your celebration. This inclusive wedding and event space with sunset views along the foothills can accommodate up to 250 guests. Host it all in one location with your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all along the Brickyard Terrace.

Featuring a mountain and sunset view, this indoor to outdoor concept includes our Cornfeather Suite. This entire space can be completely customized to your event theme. Additionally, the space can be booked exclusively as an outdoor-only space. Guest Capacity: 165 Seated; 175 Standing for entire indoor/outdoor space

Harriet E. Pfleger Therapeutic Equestrian Center
Our equestrian barn surrounded by our therapy horses and stalls creates a unique setting for your seated reception. Imagine a long, European style reception table creating bustling conversation over the warm glow of candlelight. Create a full event experience for your guests featuring a cocktail hour on the Brickyard Terrace for additional pricing. Guest Capacity: 40 Seated
Sunrise Suite
This second-floor full-service space is perfect for intimate gatherings providing a complete indoor space with access to a 180-view, wrap around patio. Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, private dressing room and outdoor stairs to access it. This space is not ADA accessible and is not advised for events requiring special guest access. Guest Capacity: 30 Seated; 35 Standing
Founder's Room
Intimate space meant for boardroom meetings, luncheons, wedding party gatherings and other private space needs. Can be added on to an existing event for additional space. Guest Capacity: 8 Seated
