San Diego CVB Recognized by Incentive Industry

The San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau (SDCVB) was named a 2011 Incentive Magazine Platinum Partner for the excellence it provides the incentive industry.

The San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau (SDCVB) was recently named a 2011 Incentive Magazine Platinum Partner for the excellence it provides the incentive industry. The Platinum Partner award is chosen by the readers of Incentive Magazine which is composed of meeting planners and other industry professionals nationwide.  “We are extremely proud and honored to be a recipient of the Platinum Partner award in the Domestic Convention & Visitors Bureau category," stated Joe Terzi, President and CEO of the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau.  "This award recognizes San Diego’s appeal as a leading destination for incentive travel worldwide and, more importantly, it acknowledges our Bureau’s commitment and professionalism in servicing this vital market,” Terzi added. Platinum Partner award recipients are selected by the following criteria: the motivational appeal of the destination, property or travel service; the quality and professionalism of the service, and the degree of creativity and promotional support.
