Venues and capacities
Indoor and outdoor venues ranging from roughly 1,300 to 10,000 square feet. The indoor rooms handle seated banquets up to 170, classroom setups up to 100, theater seating up to 150 and receptions up to 300. Outdoor space is where the property separates itself: beachfront and lawn venues seat up to 250 for a banquet and hold up to 300 for a reception, and an oceanfront dining venue seats 160. Several spaces can be combined for larger programs, and the beachfront and lawn settings work for ceremonies and receptions as readily as for corporate dinners.

Catering and support
Catering is produced in house under the Club's executive chef, with menus built around Pacific seafood and seasonal California produce — beachfront barbecue and taco stations at one end of the range, plated multi-course dinners at The Marine Room at the other. Audiovisual equipment and on-site technical support are available, and a dedicated event manager is assigned to each program from planning through execution.

What groups do between sessions
This is where a program here differs from a ballroom booking. Groups can run tennis and pickleball clinics with the Club's teaching pros across 13 courts and five pickleball courts, play a par-3 golf scramble on property, or take group surf and kayak lessons off La Jolla Shores. Beach barbecues and bonfire-style evenings, oceanfront sunset receptions and bocce tournaments all happen on site — no buses, no offsite venue contract.

Location for planners
The Club is 15 miles from the San Diego Convention Center and 12 miles from San Diego International Airport, roughly 20 to 25 minutes. It's also minutes from UC San Diego, Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the Torrey Pines research corridor, which makes it a practical base for academic, life sciences and biotech programs that want to be near campus rather than downtown.
