• Accessible restrooms available at The Rady Shell under the seating area and can be entered from both house right and house left accessible-seat locations.
• ADA-recognized service animals welcome at all San Diego Symphony performances at The Rady Shell

The Conrad

• Accessible seats available in a full range of price zones online, via telephone and at wheelchair-accessible Box Office window at The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center.
• Personal Listening and Hearing Assist is available through the "Listen EVERYWHERE" app, through your mobile device, or devices provided at Concierge Desk.
• Staff and volunteers can move and store wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices during events.
• The Conrad welcomes Service Dogs anywhere in the public areas of the building where its handler wishes to go. Anyone planning to bring a service dog should contact The Conrad Box Office (858.459.3728) to ensure there is a place to accommodate the canine at a ticketed seat location.

The Observatory North Park

• Accessible seating located at house left. Call (619) 239-8836 to be added to the ADA list in advance. Only one non-disabled guest allowed in the area per disabled person.

The Sound Del Mar

• All shows have ADA seats available for purchase. They are located in the central terrace as well as the left and right balconies.
