Food will be provided by Acuacultura Integral from Ensenada with support from project partners, including the Consulate General of Mexico.
Chefs Drew Deckman and Augie from The Lot will describe to 50 customers every plate´s detail while Fernanda Escobosa from Provino will do the same with the Baja California wine pairings.
