The Balboa Park Explorer Pass has flexible options so you can get the most value-- and the most fun, out of your time in the Park! Special Annual Pass rates are available for college students (with a valid student ID), families (up to 2 named adults and up to 4 named children), seniors (age 65+), adults, and youth (age 3-17). Only stopping by for a short visit? Limited Passes are available for Adult and Youth rates, and allow access into up to 4 of the included Explorer venues for one day. Parkwide Passes are available for Adult and Youth rates, and allow one-time acces for 7 consecutive days (from date of first use) into all included Explorer venues. We highly encourage visitors to check museum hours prior to their visit to ensure the museums they wish to visit are open, as hours are subject to change.
