San Diego’s most diverse and celebrated neighborhood North Park, will once again be hosting the San Diego County Credit Union North Park Festival of Arts on Saturday, May 9th, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This unique and vibrant neighborhood festival brings out over 40,000 people from all over San Diego County to celebrate and enjoy live music, art, crafts, delicious food, cocktails and some of San Diego’s top Craft Beers.
Each year this event continues to grow and expand to create an even more incredible experiential festival for all to enjoy. This festival is a true representation of the creativity that has come out of the North Park neighborhood, and we are happy to be able to add an additional night of fun for those 21 and over at the Fright night Kick-off Party. Saturday’s event is open to all ages, and will include various forms of visual art, a popular array of live music and dance performances, interactive experiences and artisan items for sale. Its most popular features include: a Tiny Art & DJ Block, a Live Art Block, six performance stages, Karaoke and the Mike Hess Brewing Craft Beer Block with over 30 different beers to choose from and sample!
The SDCCU North Park Festival of Arts is set along University Avenue and 30th Street in North Park, which ensures maximum exposure to all that participate. As a vendor, you will have the opportunity to be part of this wonderful festival and market and sell your unique products and delicious food to thousands of people. Each year the vendor spaces sell out, so we encourage you to sign up soon to be part of an event that has become one of San Diego’s can't-miss festivals of the spring season!
“We are so excited to expand the festival into a two-day event this year. Our neighborhood is driven by its diversity and creativity, and the festival celebrates this through a variety of art forms,” said Angela Landsberg, Executive Director of North Park Main Street. “We have created daytime and evening experiences for every local and visitor to North Park to enjoy. Families can come for the day and music goers will enjoy the variety of local and regional indie rock, folk, funk and DJ sounds on our six stages. This event truly goes beyond the traditional art festival.”
