Check out our hours to catch our friendly volunteer who will tell you about the history of the La Mesa Depot and give you the tour of the depot and periodlcally the caboose. Toy trains and historic memorbilia! A great place to take a photo of the family for your holiday card!

The La Mesa Depot Museum is La Mesa, California’s oldest building in its original form and is the sole surviving San Diego and Cuyamaca Railway Station in existence. The building you see today on the corner of Spring Street and La Mesa Boulevard in downtown La Mesa has an colorful history. Everyone is welcome!
