The Craftsmanship Museum honors the individual builders of finely crafted miniature items in wood and metal. This North County gem features the work of an active community of craftsmen and engineers who have built a wide variety of detailed miniature projects. The museum houses an extensive collection of exhibits from miniature architectural models to working miniature engines, automobiles, airplanes, and other mechanical marvels, some of whose origins predate the beginning of the industrial revolution. The museum’s 16,000 square foot handicap accessible facility is open Thursday through Saturday 9AM to 4PM with free parking.
