Registration: Check-in will start at 4:30 pm. Doors to the Event Open at 5:00 pm. Please be ready to provide a valid ID and proof of Eventbrite purchase. To check in - enter through the main lobby of the hotel and take the elevators next to the yellow wall to the 5th floor. Security access from the garage will not be available for this event.

Parking: Residence Inn & Springhill Suites San Diego Downtown Bayfront offers secured garage self-parking as well as valet parking.

5-Hour Bar: Party responsibly and don't drink and drive. Please utilize rideshare, taxi, or designated driver to get home safely.

Seating: Seating is not assigned and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Plenty of tables and seating will be available with premier viewing of the San Diego Bay.
