For more than sixty years, Mother Nature has transformed the rolling hills of North San Diego County into one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of natural color and beauty anywhere in the world. The nearly fifty acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers that make up the Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch in Carlsbad, California, are in bloom for approximately six to eight weeks each year - from early March through early May - literally bringing the famous fields back to life. This annual burst of color, which has become part of the area’s local heritage, also is one of nature’s official ways of announcing the arrival of spring here in Southern California.

The Adventuress is a gorgeous 60' luxury catamaran and all of our excursions are customized for our guests.  The Adventuress is Coast Guard certified to accommodate between 2 - 48 guests (we are currently reducing capacity to up to 24 guests at this time).

Our knowledgeable and highly experienced Captain will serve as your on board naturalist and guide.

We recommend 3 - 4+ hours for Gray Whale and Dolphin Watching (late December - March)

The San Diego Watercolor Society proudly presents “Decisive Moments, an Art Exhibition”, juried by award-winning artist, Richard Glassman.  The water-based media exhibition runs Feb 26 – April 1, 2023 at our Gallery in The ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station. The Opening Reception is Friday, March 3, 5-8pm with over 95 ready-to-hang original paintings plus refreshments and the fellowship of other art enthusiasts. Join us every Friday morning for a breath of fresh air! Climb the historic California Tower to engage in moments of guided meditation along the way. At the top, we’ll roll out our yoga mats for some extended breathwork while enjoying spectacular 360-degree views of San Diego from the Tower’s eighth-floor viewing deck.
