Join us on Dec. 1 and 2 for the City of San Diego's largest free holiday festival in beautiful Balboa Park. The family friendly event brings San Diegans together to enjoy the lights, the sounds, the attractions and of course, the amazing food.

Join DMVA in painting the town pink and cheering on more than 2,000 walkers as the San Diego Susan G. Komen 3-Day® kicks off in Del Mar! This cheering station is an annual outpouring of support from the community that welcomes the walkers with pink balloons and ribbons. Cheerleaders from Torrey Pines High School, the Del Mar Lifeguards, local business owners and community residents line the streets to cheer the event participants on their journey as they head south to San Diego.

Anyone interested in participating in this fun and inspirational morning is encouraged to dress in pink and come to Del Mar Village just south of 15th Street on Camino Del Mar (Highway 101) between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.

Ready to step up your Pleistocene rock art skills to the next level? If so, put on your dirty painting clothes and come to the SDAC for this all-ages outdoor art event where we’ll be spraying, blowing, and flinging our favorite ancient pigments like an Ice Age Jackson Pollock!

All art materials will be provided. Tickets include coffee, tea, and light refreshments.

Make your spirits bright with the East Village Tree Lighting & Holiday Market! Come together with your jolly community from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Quartyard and 13th Street (1301 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92101) for a very festive evening. Featuring a curated holiday market by San Diego Markets, live music, delicious foods, fun activities for the kids, a tree lighting ceremony and above all, photos with Santa, East Village will be lighting up the evening with stunning décor and bright smiles!
