With over 27,000 square feet of tracks, trestles and trains, the San Diego Model Railroad Museum is North America’s largest museum of its kind. Guests enter a world of wonder and exploration while learning about San Diego’s rich railway history through beautifully crafted scale model layouts. The San Diego Model Railroad Museum is located on the lower floor in the Casa de Balboa Building in Balboa Park.
