For more than sixty years, Mother Nature has transformed the rolling hills of North San Diego County into one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of natural color and beauty anywhere in the world. The nearly fifty acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers that make up the Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch in Carlsbad, California, are in bloom for approximately eight to ten weeks each year - from early March through early May - literally bringing the famous fields back to life. This annual burst of color, which has become part of the area’s local heritage, also is one of nature’s official ways of announcing the arrival of spring here in Southern California.

Join us for our signature Easter brunch at Marina Kitchen prepared by award-winning Chef Rafael Corniel. Enjoy in a variety of premium seafood specialties like shrimp cocktail and lobster rolls, signature dishes such as Dungeness crab benedict, and a carving corner featuring turkey and honey glazed ham. Don't miss Chef Victor's famous house-made desserts, including crème brûlée and Valrhona chocolate layer cake. Our brunch buffet also includes made-to-order crepes and omelets.

Adults are $90, children aged 3 to 12 are $40; children under 3 dine free with an adult buffet purchase. A 20% service charge and applicable taxes will be added to your bill, with 100% of the service charge benefiting our service staff. We look forward to celebrating Easter with you.
