Enjoy favorites such as the Prado Paella which includes fish, mussels, shrimp, calamari, chicken and chorizo, simmered in a lobster-saffron broth and the Prado Pressed Arugula Salad. The cocktail lounge features its own Tapas Bar, which offers a lighter fare menu available throughout the day. The Prado's signature house-made Sangria compliments all menu items such as the popular Kobe Beef Sushi Roll and the mouth watering Spicy Calamari Fries.
