For more than sixty years, Mother Nature has transformed the rolling hills of North San Diego County into one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of natural color and beauty anywhere in the world. The nearly fifty acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus flowers that make up the Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch in Carlsbad, California, are in bloom for approximately eight to ten weeks each year - from early March through early May - literally bringing the famous fields back to life. This annual burst of color, which has become part of the area’s local heritage, also is one of nature’s official ways of announcing the arrival of spring here in Southern California.

Celebrate the special lady in your life with a memorable Mother’s Day Brunch at Marina Kitchen, served from 9 AM to 2 PM. Chef Rafael Corniel has curated an indulgent buffet menu featuring seared ahi, lobster rolls, and a signature carving station. Elevate your experience with made-to-order crepes and omelets, and be sure to save room for Chef Victor’s famous house-made desserts, including toffee bread pudding and Valrhona chocolate layer cake.

As a special touch, each table will have the opportunity to create a mini bouquet to take home—our way of adding a personal, floral flourish to your celebration. (Limit one bouquet per table.)

Pricing: $98 for adults, $48 for children ages 3–12, and complimentary for children under 3 with an adult buffet purchase. A 20% service charge and taxes will be applied and distributed among our staff.
