In existence since 1969, the San Diego Padres compete in the National League's Western Division against teams from Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. San Diego's world-famous climate is on display all summer long when the Padres take the field. The historic Western Metal Supply Co. building is the signature feature of Petco Park. This historic brick building is actually part of the playing field, doubling as the left-field foul pole. It also houses a team store, suites, restaurant, and rooftop deck.
Kids will love Gallagher Square, an interactive area complete with playground equipment and a wiffle ball field where aspiring heroes can take a swing and run the bases all night long.
