This year's pancake breakfast is being hosted by the Knights of Columbus from the local St. Michael's and San Raphael parishes. The price of breakfast is $6 for adults and $4 for children. The event is being sponsored by the Original Pancake House of Poway and Temecula and 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to a great charity, Challenged Athletes Foundation Operation Rebound.
We will be kicking off the breakfast at 6:30 AM with a Flag Ceremony, utilizing a 30' American flag on the front of the building at 16766 Bernardo Center Drive. The breakfast will be set up in the parking lot adjacent to Webb Lake Park and will continue until 10:00 AM, or until we run out of food, whichever comes first. News coverage is anticipated.

The course begins at the Rotary Clock on Bernardo Center Drive along the main route of the Independence Day parade and follows the path into the heart of Webb Park. Tickets for play may be purchased at the Community Fair the day of the event.

It will be open from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM and managed by volunteers from the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition. The beer will be provided by the event sponsor, Stone Brewing Company. A 12 oz cup of Stone Pale Ale or IPA will be sold for $5 with proceeds going to support the Bike Coalition and the Spirit of the Fourth. The Bike Coalition will also provide secure valet bicycle parking adjacent to the Beer Garden so leave the car home and ride your bike to the park where it will be guarded until you are ready to ride back home. Donations gratefully accepted.
