It has been a long two years of the pandemic, and a lot has changed. We had to pivot and adapt our practices to the new times quickly. We came up with practical solutions on the spot and clever ideas from our zoom rooms and work-from-home nooks. We have worked tirelessly to preserve our nation's affordable housing through creative reimagining of the industry and the needs, incorporating new and bold asset management practices.
Now we are coming together in this year's conference to celebrate the tenacity of our industry and lift up the advances that helped us find success during this unprecedented time.
Steps from downtown's Gaslamp Quarter, PETCO Park & Convention Center, our beautiful waterfront hotel offers the finest amenities & lays the best of our city at your doorstep.
We chose San Diego with its beautiful weather so we can have our meals and network outdoors, COVID-safe and with a bay view! The San Diego Hilton Bayfront also provides large enough conference spaces for us to practice social distancing, indoor/outdoor socializing space, and luxury amenities for you to use at your leisure.
Room price includes free Wi-Fi and there are no resort fees. The room price is honored 3 days prior or 3 days after the conference as long as hotel has availability.
The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is a AAA Four-Diamond hotel with spa, heated saltwater bayside pool, fitness center.
Walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter with trolley stop right out front.
By booking your room in advance, you are helping our planning committee get an idea of how many people to expect.
