The 9,500-square-foot Spa at Torrey Pines is a serene space that follows the fundamentals of feng shui and takes design cues from The Lodge’s early-1900s-era Craftsman-style architecture. Fourteen treatment rooms are complemented by dry saunas, herbal-infused steam rooms, aromatherapy inhalation rooms and an inviting relaxation lounge, where a crackling fireplace is encircled by chaise lounges and chairs, and guests are invited to sip purifying blueberry-acai tea by the glowing fire.

Within the separate women’s and men’s locker rooms, guests will discover The Spa at Torrey Pines’ custom line of rosemary- and sage-scented cleansing and conditioning products, as well as an assortment of high-end amenities from Moroccan Oil, Phytomer and more. Guests are welcome to stick to the tried and true, like a classic Swedish massage or anti-aging facial, or opt for one of The Spa’s exclusive services, such as the “Torrey Pines Signature Massage," which incorporates the spa's signatures lemongrass and sage oils. 

The pinnacle of The Spa’s offerings is an indulgent collection of “rituals,” or packages, such as The Spa at Torrey Pines Signature Ritual, a bundle of luxurious treatments comprising hydrotherapy, a personalized massage and a Coastal Sage body scrub – the latter an homage to the 17 types of detoxifying sage found in the adjacent Torrey Pines State Reserve.
